Each gown at KILT is individually tailored for its wearer, offering a truly bespoke experience.
The creation process typically takes 7–14 days, and may extend depending on the intricacy of the design.
Ready-to-wear pieces are prepared within 1–3 business days.

• Eastern Province: within 48 hours
• Riyadh: 48–72 hours
• Rest of Saudi Arabia: 1–2 weeks
• GCC: 10–14 days
• International: up to 3 weeks

Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is crafted exclusively for you:
• No returns or exchanges on made-to-order items
• Orders may only be canceled before production begins
For ready-to-wear pieces:
• Same-day return or exchange only
• Shipping fees are borne by the client
Requests for size exchange or manufacturing concerns must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
All items must remain in pristine, unused condition.
